Help Us Grow a New Garden for Pill🏵️🌸🌼
We have some exciting news - Pill in Bloom has been given the green light to transform the grass area opposite The King’s Head into a beautiful new garden. To make this a success, we need your help. We are aiming for a wildlife-friendly, drought-resistant, and low-maintenance space that everyone can enjoy. Since we are a volunteer-led group with a small budget, we’re looking for “plant power” and “people power” from our neighbours.
How you can help:
🌼 Donate Plants: As you’re tidying your own gardens this season, please think of us if you are splitting perennials, thinning out ornamental grasses, or sowing extra seeds. Every spare seedling helps us turn this patch of grass into a haven for everyone. See the plant inspo from the RHS.
🌼 Lend a Hand: We are planning a big planting day in the next month or so, please watch this space as we would love some volunteers to help us get everything in the ground. No expert knowledge is needed.
