Setup Meeting

Thank you to all of the current volunteers for Pill in Bloom who joined the set up meeting at Pill Community Centre on 3rd March 2026.

This was an important meeting which set the way in which we will move forward as a society.

Agenda

1. Agreement to the Constitution circulated last October (RHS Affiliated Society)
2. Applications to join the committee
3. Agreement to open an account with Westcountry Savings and Loan (including signatories)
4. Discussion on budgets and ordering
5. Discussion on activities for the next year (including work parties)
